SURSORB P-ALKA is an alkaline impregnated pelletized activated carbon. It is precisely made for removing acid gases and hydrogen sulphide gas. SURSORB P-ALKA carbon is capable of increasing the adsorption capacity for odorous compounds from gas streams. 

The performance of this carbon is about 30 times higher than unimpregnated carbon. The extreme porous structure and high specific surface area make it an ideal choice to use as an adsorbent for the adsorption of low concentrations of harmful gases.

Its base material is manufactured by activating coconut shell charcoal at high temperatures by steam.
